Terms and Conditions

Ordering from Our Online Shop

You may inspect the goods you have purchased to ensure they are to your liking. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another item within 14 days of delivery.

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you supply when you place your order or to the nearest post office. If you pay in advance, small orders (1-3 items) can be delivered directly to your home address. When choosing to pay on delivery, your order will be delivered to your nearest post office where you can pay by cash or debit card.


You can pay either in advance or COD.

When paying in advance, you will be automatically sent an invoice for the goods you have ordered to the email address you have provided. After receiving your payment, we will ship your order to you.

When paying on delivery, you pay for the goods and the delivery costs at the post office either by cash or by debit card upon receipt of your order. If you order COD, a 4 € surcharge will be added to the invoice.

If you wish to return the goods you have purchased within the 14-day period, we will refund you as soon as possible. Refunding you will be swiftest and easiest if you provide your bank details when returning the goods.

Processing and Delivering Your Order

After confirming your order by clicking the Submit Order button, you can no longer make changes to the order online. If you wish to change your order, please contact our Customer Service on +358 500 864 543.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation notification with the details of your order. If you haven’t provided an email address, please remember to print the confirmation notification or write down the details for future reference.

After you have placed your order, we will process it. In general, delivery takes about a week from the day the order was placed. When the order comprises several items, we will normally ship all products in stock at the same time. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email to give you an estimated time of availability and ship the ordered item as soon as possible.

Ordering Restrictions

As a rule, we only deliver orders within Finland. Please contact our Customer Service on +358 500 864 543 if you wish to order from outside Finland.

Exchanges and Returns

Please follow these instructions when you wish to return or exchange an item:

  1. The item(s) to be returned must be unused and in the original packaging.
  2. Please fill in your name, address and bank details in the return form supplied with the parcel and return it with the parcel. If you haven’t supplied your bank details, we will send the refund by money order to Nordea Bank. Having the money transferred from Nordea Bank to your own bank account is subject to a fee.
  3. Returns address: Leena Pietilä Production Oy, Kellukkakatu 2, 21620 Kuusisto. Return shipping is free if you return all of the ordered items.
  4. Ask the post office for a receipt showing that you have returned the item(s). You should retain the receipt for at least three months in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we should not receive the returned goods.

N.B. If you return only a part of your order, please remember to deduct the price of the item(s) to be returned from the total amount of the invoice. Please note that if you return only a part of your order you will be required to pay for the return of the goods to us.

Return a defective or incorrect item according to the instructions above. Please indicate the nature of the defect on the return form. If you have received something you have not ordered (incorrect delivery), please also indicate whether you wish us to send you the correct goods.

Obvious Pricing Errors

Leena Pietilä Production Oy reserves the right to cancel your order in case of obvious pricing errors, i.e. if the price of an item differs considerably and unmistakeably from the correct price. For example, if the price of an item is listed as 0.00 € or no price is listed, we assume that you will recognise this as a pricing mistake.

Customer Communication

Leena Pietilä Production Oy sends its customers information about new products and offers either via email or as text messages. If you do not wish to receive this information, please contact us either via email or by calling our Customer Service on +358 500 864 543.
